  • President & Chief Strategist

    Ellen Graf-Martin started her marketing career in 2000, hosting global mission leaders for the launch of the internationally-acclaimed, Operation World. Since then, she’s enjoyed the privilege of launching countless brands, films, books, and working with several national and international non-profit organizations.

    Ellen’s deep commitment to using the marketing tools in her hands to come alongside organizations working for good, is clear in the work that she and the team does. With a variety of cross-cultural living experiences, and a west-coast upbringing, Ellen now survives winters and enjoys summers in Ontario with her husband and daughter, and their feisty Bengal cat.

  • PR Strategist

    With over a decade of experience in publicity and marketing for Christian publishers, film companies, and ministries, Paola is passionate about ensuring our clients’ stories are told to the people who need to hear them. With a special love for connecting with media, she believes in the power of a fully integrated, strategic marketing plan. As a results-oriented team member, Paola is focused on delivering measurable success and strives to exceed our clients’ expectations.

  • Marketing Manager

    Veronica has an incredible work ethic and eye for detail. As our Marketing Lead, she supports marketing, project management, brand development and internal communications at Graf-Martin. She has helped develop strategies, branding, and donor programs for non-profit organizations and social enterprise clients in industries such as insurance, financial services, public arts, charities and ministries. In her current role, Veronica works to organize and support market expansion strategies. She is a graduate from Wilfrid Laurier University with a Bachelor Degree in Communications. With a background in church leadership, Veronica helped develop and run community programs for children. Veronica and her husband enjoy discovering local coffee shops and going on walks with their boston terrier, Poto.

    Jasmine is a seasoned content strategist who thinks like a marketer and writes like a storyteller. She helps brands refine their voice, focus their efforts and grow their audience.

  • Head of Media Relations & PR

    Laura Carroll is an Award-Winning Executive Producer who played a key role in steering Entertainment Tonight Canada to its position as a top-rated entertainment news show. With over 20 years of television experience, she is a seasoned industry leader with an extensive background in content, strategy, development and production. Skilled at connecting story to platform, she oversaw ET Canada's brand ensuring the storytelling and creative assets were aligned to effectively communicate, entertain and engage with target audiences on both broadcast and social media platforms. Her expertise extends across various facets of media production, including creating broadcast and digital shows, live television, red carpet events, exclusive interviews, and award shows.

  • Office Manager

    Kiersten is an experienced administrator with a passion for marketing and managing the details. As our Office Manager, she brings 10+ years of office administration expertise and has worked in several different industries from tech to wellness. Beyond the office, she is a wife and proud mother of three, explorer, carer of plants, and life documenter.

  • Marketing Coordinator

    Steffi is an Advertising Account Management graduate from Sheridan College. She is an ambitious and driven marketing strategist with extensive experience in the Not-for-Profit sector. She is a catalyst for women's entrepreneurship and volunteers her time to generate employment and education for women globally. As a Marketing Coordinator, Steffi supports the execution of marketing initiatives and public relations campaigns and assists in event coordination. Steffi is a coffee aficionado and loves to explore the coffee industry.

    Jennifer Alexander has years of cross-industry experience as a financial and operations executive. She has built a collaborative and nurturing approach to supporting small and medium-sized businesses in reaching their goals. Her extensive entrepreneurial, startup, corporate finance, and mergers and acquisitions experience is of great benefit to our business. Jennifer and her husband Mike live in Mississauga with their three active kids, and their pandemic dog Bowa. She enjoys reading cookbooks and cooking when she’s not taking her kids to their sports activities.

    With over 20 years in the worlds of brand management, fundraising, copywriting and editing, Brad brings a wealth of experience to the Graf-Martin team. His marketing communication skills have served a broad range of clients including non-profit agencies, banking services, booksellers and educational institutions. Brad’s degree in religious education underpins his desire to help clients tell a better story of how their work is changing the world. When not at his keyboard, Brad can be found hiking, paddle boarding, or spinning records with a hot coffee close at hand.

    Nathan is a savvy digital marketing professional, passionate about elevating the online experience for brands and driving business success. With a deep understanding of digital platforms, and a track record of running several successful campaigns, Nathan helps organizations thrive in the constantly evolving digital world.

    Megan is a writer with over a decade of experience in storytelling for media and nonprofits all over the world. She has an MA in Journalism from Western University and a bachelor's degree in Social Justice and Peace Studies from King’s University College. Megan grew up in Senegal, West Africa, and has always considered herself a global citizen. She and her husband have a little boy and a feisty Shih Tzu.
