Today, we are celebrating the launch of Season 2 of The Change Makers Podcast. This season looks a lot different than the last, as Ellen and her guests mull over the idea of the ‘next normal’. When we began recording episodes for season two, we knew that some profound leadership lessons were being lived out in real time. This has played out in deep, honest conversations with non-profit, ministry and church leaders, providing an opportunity for listeners to lean in and hear the unique challenges, changes and opportunities that sector leaders are facing and responding to during the global pandemic.

In light of COVID-19 and months of pivoted plans, lock down and change after change, what does the rest of this year look like now? What does 2021 look like?
